Step off the beaten path and into a world shaped by centuries of faith, tradition, and wonder. This 9-day journey takes you deep into western China’s most spiritually rich regions — where Taoist temples nestle in misty mountains, Tibetan monks chant in hillside monasteries, and Sufi shrines glow in quiet desert towns.
From Xi’an, the eastern gateway of the Silk Road, to the peaceful grasslands of Xiahe, you’ll explore places that have inspired pilgrims and sages for generations. Along the way, you’ll meet local spiritual leaders, visit sacred sites rarely seen by outsiders, and find quiet moments of reflection in some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes in China.
