Welcome to ChinaJTSS LLC. By booking a tour, using our website (https://chinajtss.com/), or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking and Payment
A deposit (typically 20–30% of the total tour cost) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is generally due 30 days before the tour start date unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice before booking is confirmed.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Traveler:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refunds are issued based on the following:
60+ days before departure: 90% refund
30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund (unless otherwise stated)
By ChinaJTSS:
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to low enrollment, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, travelers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
3. Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to follow published itineraries, ChinaJTSS reserves the right to make adjustments due to weather, transportation issues, political conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Any changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible and made with traveler safety and experience in mind.
4. Travel Documents and Visas
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
We provide guidance but do not guarantee approval or issuance of travel documents.
Failure to secure documentation is not grounds for a refund.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
ChinaJTSS is not responsible for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to assess your fitness and health condition for the tour activities.
You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility concerns.
ChinaJTSS reserves the right to deny participation to any traveler who is deemed unfit for the tour or poses a safety risk.
7. Liability and Responsibility
ChinaJTSS acts as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or default of third-party suppliers.
We are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, or expenses due to delay, sickness, natural disasters, political events, or acts beyond our control.
Participation in any tour activity is at your own risk. Travelers agree to hold ChinaJTSS and its partners harmless for any claims or liabilities.
8. Behavior and Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, fellow travelers, and local communities.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Photography and Media
During the tour, photos and videos may be taken by staff or participants for promotional purposes.
By joining the tour, you grant ChinaJTSS the right to use images featuring you unless you opt out in writing prior to the tour.
10. Website Usage
The content on our website is for general information only and may be updated or modified at any time without notice.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use content from the site without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chittenden County, Vermont.
